Before mentor assignment
You may request cancellation before a mentor is assigned. Eligible requests are handled according to the Refund Policy.
After guidance has started
Once a mentor has been assigned and guidance has started, the service is considered delivered in part. Any partial refund is at our discretion as described in the Refund Policy.
Cancellation by us
If we are unable to provide the service, we will cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid.
