1. The service
HelpSathi Rozgaar is a paid digital career guidance and mentorship service. It includes resume support, role selection guidance, skills practice, interview preparation, job-search guidance and a weekly live doubt-solving session during the programme period.
Mentorship, application guidance and follow-ups take place over WhatsApp or phone calls.
2. No guarantee of employment
We do not guarantee employment, job offers, interviews, selection or any specific salary. Results depend on your qualifications, skills, experience, eligibility, preparation, employer requirements and market conditions. Recruitment decisions remain entirely with the respective employers.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Accounts created through public registration are student accounts. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms.
4. Programme validity
Each purchase has a validity period shown at checkout and saved with your purchase. Your purchase history, receipts and account access remain available after the programme expires.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
6. Conduct
Be respectful with mentors and staff. Do not share false documents or ask mentors to misrepresent you to employers.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes do not alter the terms snapshot saved with a purchase you already made.
