What we collect
Account data: name, email and login provider.
Career profile: education, graduation year, skills, experience, preferred roles, goals, preferred contact method, phone or WhatsApp number if you provide it, and an optional resume.
Payment records: order and payment references, amounts and status received from Razorpay. We never receive or store card numbers, CVV or bank credentials.
Security records: session identifiers, browser user-agent, sign-in times and, where appropriate, IP address — to protect accounts and investigate misuse. We never record passwords, tokens or payment credentials.
Why we use it
To provide the programme, match you with a mentor, verify payments, handle refunds, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Who can see it
You can see your own data. Before assignment, mentors only see limited career details (education, skills, goals, target roles, experience) — not your phone, email or resume. After assignment, your assigned mentor can see the contact details you consented to share. Authorised administrators can access data needed to run the service.
Public reviews show only the display name you choose, your rating, text and date.
Disclosure
We share data with service providers that run the platform (hosting, database, payments, email) only as needed. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by law.
Retention
Purchase, payment and audit records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes. Resumes and profile details are kept while your account is active and can be deleted on request, subject to legal retention needs.
Your choices
You can update your profile, withdraw consent for contact sharing, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@helpsathi.com.
