Payment processor
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), and the amount charged is calculated on our server from the current programme price and any valid coupon.
Verification
Access is granted only after our server verifies the payment with Razorpay. A browser success message alone does not grant access.
Card and bank data
We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
Failed or pending payments
If money was debited but the payment shows as failed or pending, it is usually reconciled or reversed automatically by the bank or Razorpay. Email support@helpsathi.com if it is not resolved.
