Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on whether a mentor has been assigned and how much of the service has been delivered. Refunds are not available on the basis that a job, interview or selection was not obtained, because no such outcome is promised.
Process
Refunds are initiated by our team through Razorpay to the original payment method. Each refund has a recorded amount, reason and status. Bank processing times vary.
Partial refunds
Where appropriate, a partial refund may be issued. Your dashboard will show the refund status. For refund questions, email support@helpsathi.com.
